Replies come from the people who build the apps, within four business days, usually much sooner.
Two lines are enough, but these details let us answer in one round:
You can also reach us without leaving the app: Keen Eye and Keen Ear have a feedback form in Settings, and Keen Drop has Contact us there, which shows this address on screen so it works on a phone with no mail account set up. Keen Ear's suggestion box is anonymous by design, so if you want an answer, use email. Keen Grid has no in-app form on purpose, because it asks for no account and keeps no profile: email is the only way in, and it reaches the same people.
Keen Eye, Keen Ear and Keen Grid keep everything on your device: there are no accounts on our servers, and Keen Grid has no account at all. Deleting the app removes its data from the phone. Keen Grid never modifies your photo library originals; its exports are copies in an album you can delete like any other.
Keen Drop is different, because sharing an album with other people needs a server. You sign in with Apple, and the photos and clips you drop are stored so the people who were there can see and save them. Settings → Delete my account deletes the account and its content and revokes the Sign in with Apple authorisation. Details in the Keen Drop Privacy Policy.
For privacy requests (access, correction, erasure, objection) write to the same address; we answer within one month. Details for the other three in the Privacy Policy.
